These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Boss Visuals LLC, based in College Station, Texas.

Services

Boss Visuals provides audio and video installation and related services, including television mounting, wiring and concealment, audio and network setup, troubleshooting, Starlink installation, and photo and video content creation. Prices shown on this site and in written estimates are quoted before applicable sales tax and before any trip charge, and may change without notice. An estimate is not a contract until it is accepted by both parties.

Booking and deposits

A booking is confirmed when the deposit is received. Appointment times are estimates and can shift because of weather, traffic, or a previous job running long. We will contact you if your appointment time changes.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Where less notice is given, the deposit may be retained to cover the reserved time.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own the property or are authorised to approve the work, and that you will provide safe access to the work area and to power. Please tell us about anything behind a wall or ceiling that we should know about, including wiring, plumbing and structural work.

Workmanship

We perform work safely and to a professional standard. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, for the condition of structures we did not build, or for equipment we did not supply. Where Boss Visuals supplies a television or other hardware, it is sold at retail price and carries the manufacturer warranty only.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Messages you send us

If you message us on Instagram, Facebook, or by email, we use your message and your display name only to answer you and to arrange work. We do not sell that information and we do not use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy and our Data Deletion page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the service that the claim relates to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
