Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to ask Boss Visuals LLC to delete the personal information we hold about you.

What we hold

If you have messaged us on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or by email, we hold the content of those messages, your display name, and the account identifier the platform gives us. If you have booked work with us, we also hold the contact and address details you gave us for that job, and a record of the work and the payment.

How to request deletion

Email bossvisualsllc@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion. Tell us the Instagram handle, Facebook name, email address or phone number you used, so that we can find your records. You do not need an account with us to make a request.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done.

What we may have to keep

We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and tax records for work already completed. If that applies to your request we will say so, and we will delete everything else.

Removing our access through Instagram or Facebook

You can also remove our access at any time in your Instagram or Facebook settings, under Apps and Websites. That stops any further information reaching us. You can still email us to delete what we already hold.
